i advice to submit your link to some very popular and trust site, that have high alexa rank and a lot of pages in goole index, for example – splinder.com, you can post your link in profile or blog.

Don’t go to the functionality of alexa, compete.com, whois etc services…note that whenever you search a new domain on such sites, it creates a new page on their site…for e.g. http://www.aboutus.org/submitera.com (with a link to your site on them)

Once its created, most of the sites ping to search engines or anyways due to the high credibility of these sites they posses a very high crawl rate, which eventually lead SE bots to go through your sites link and crawl/ index it faster.

This is a very good post. However, I don’t get how going to the “whois” services will get your pages indexed. I thought services like Alexa, Compete.com, Quantcast worked off of their own embedded toolbars, thus giving a sample to project/report how much traffic those sites got. As far as whois, isn’t it a listing of who owns the domain of the site, taken from the registrations? In both of these cases, wouldn’t the information be collected in non-real time through their own devices? How would that affect Google’s crawling of a particular site?
